Circle one: Yes / No.

This week, Kelly tries his hand at hosting blip on blip from the Los Angeles office. He chats with Justin Day, blip.tv’s CTO, about the early days and what is currently the biggest problem for show producers.
We also feature a network of gaming shows, GameBreaker TV.
Send us any feedback for the show! You can drop us a line via email or find us on Twitter

Dear Tumblr
oatmeal:
If you’re going to go down, you might as well blame it on an imaginary animal like Twitter did with their infamous Fail Whale. I’ve taken the liberty of creating this animal for you:
Please use it.
Please oh please.

This week on blip on blip, Kelly sits down with Jared Klett to discuss infrastructure and the early days of blip.tv. Annie also features a classic Web show that’s back with a vengeance, Ask a Ninja.
Also mentioned: We have posted some openings at blip.tv/careers if you’re interested in working with the greatest crew around. :)
If you have any thoughts about the show, you can reach...

It’s exciting to now send people real money on a monthly basis, which removes some unpredictability from the production process and buys shows time to grow. We’re trying to make life easier for producers. That’s all there is to it.

Hi Folks. While producing blip on blip, I’ve noticed that there is no good solution out there for choosing a great thumbnail. For how much we can do online right now, it’s a wonder that no video service offers a decent thumbnail choosing tool. So, we decided to build Thumbnail Picker. Thumbnail Picker is the easiest way to choose a great thumbnail for your video. Watch the video to see...

Want to join one of the top 100 best companies to work for? Move to New York City? Work with my smart, awesome, good-looking team?
I guess I don’t have to make a sales pitch since I already sort of did yesterday. But the Docs team is looking to hire for two positions:

A guy I’ve had the opportunity to meet over the last few months is Matt Danzico. (For the record: he’s the guy who wrote the BBC article on the Cult of Less.) But Matt is much more than just a journalist. He likes to start little projects himself.
He’s started a new project this year called the Time Hack. The goal: to make 2011 the longest year of his life.
As Matt explained...

– The Practical vs. Idealistic Scenarios for the Near-Term Future of Online Video
Yep.
justinetf asked: Hi. I'm Justine, Annie's cousin. I was wondering how long it look for you to get rid of all the stuff you didn't need to live up to your own minimalist expectations. I'm considering converting myself. I have way too much shit, and it all contributes to my constant distracted state of mind. :(

Kind of a bummer. It’s fragmenting a nascent technology that only encourages fewer people to use it.
New Honeycomb Video
Engadget posted a video for the new Honeycomb software for the pending Android tablets.
After watching the video (twice), I’m reminded that Google is really bad at UIs. I think it only becomes more apparent on larger screens. It’s not even demoing on hardware and animations aren’t smooth-as-butter. The perspective in the book carousel is off.
When I fly to Vegas tomorrow, I...

This week on blip on blip, Annie reports in from the blip.tv LA office. She sat down with Steve Woolf, the West Coast Director of Content Development. (You might know Steve from the show he co-produces: Epic Fu). If you would like to watch the full interview with Steve, we’ve made an extended cut; we highly recommend all show producers watch it, especially if the word CPM has ever caused...
